Evil Excavator
The concept here is that you would print this image out and take a photo of it next to some beloved building, as if it was about to be demolished by an "Evil Excavator". Around this time there was a lot of discourse in Milwaukee about the demolition of old buildings (both beloved and infamous), and this character was intended to make fun of arguments that simplified the issue into black and white.
