I poured fake sprinkles into the casting resin (smoothcast 300) and then I poured that into the mold. It was a bit chaotic cause it generated a lot of bubbles, but the sprinkles settled in the bottom of the mold ( the face ) and created that nice effect you see!
There is a model that can! I haven’t personally tried it but I know on smooth-on’s website they have all their available models of smoothcast resin, and there are some that can be colored. I don’t remember the exact model but you can check it out on their website! Very reliable brand!
