This Is Carturel and his trusted companion Novel. They were commissioned by Carturesti Bookstores who wanted a mascot to signal the Kids Area in their shop. I created a kid look-a-like character with a passion for books and his best friend, a dog-like book and incorporated toys that are also present in the bookshop for sale but also to show fun and play.
