Pollifolli
Pollifolli (crazy chickens) is a ramshackle tribe of birds that do pretty much whatever they want. They were created for the Italian competition “Spollo Kitchen” which required participants to create a “culinary manifesto” featuring a recipe using one of the most versatile ingredients in existence: eggs.
