Combat Chess
In 1988, Interplay Entertainment released Battle Chess as a video game version of chess with 2.5D graphics and fighting animations showing the result of one piece moving onto the square of another. Battle Chess was critically acclaimed and commercially successful, resulting in follow-ups. But I'd love to see the game revived for today's hardware and this is how I'd like to see it.
