I love Patti Smith and her iconic album cover for Horses is my most favourite. I have been making LadyStar dolls for several years. These are dolls based on famous female musicians they are made of fabric and paper mâché and are about 15" tall. I wanted the challenge to create a mask and re-create this album cover and make the "dolls" life-sized!
