Born in 1998 in Queens, NY, and raised in Forest Park, GA, Ruth Burotte is a Miami-based Haitian American multidisciplinary artist working across character design, public art, and immersive installation. Blending watercolor with digital media, her stylized graphic work explores identity, technology, and cultural consumption. Through underrepresented, often Black female characters, she uses humor and vulnerability to address bias, mental health, and generational trauma.
