I have a background in animation and costume which has led to a storybook feel to my character driven work. A childhood spent in different countries from Zimbabwe to Italy and later travels to Japan have inspired many themes which run throughout the work and the power of making and repair is always prevalent. My work is generally self initiated having run my illustration business for the last 10 years.
