I found out I had AuDHD because of incessant doodling and a metric f*k ton of self discovery 🤷‍♀️ I can't control the doodles that fall out of my brain, so I gave them structure through strategy.

Controversial to say in *the* home of characters, but I'm more of a world builder than a character builder. My characters are actually pretty terrible 😆

My work explores the intersection of creativity and rest, especially how we can reduce neurodivergent burnout through softness, authenticity, and unconventional mischief.

Self discovery, soft rebellion and energy preservation is my jam ✌️

By day I work in the VFX & Animation industry as a brand designer, which has given me a unique insight into the behind the scenes and operational procedures of the entertainment industry.

Fun fact: I'm colourblind, have maaaad levels of delayed processing, and alexithymia which is truly annoying, but has driven my curiosity and deep dive into self discovery.
